Welcome to our photo puzzle application (the "App"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Intellectual Property and Imagery

All photographs, puzzle designs, software, code, text, graphics, and logos within the App are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Photo credits are displayed within the App to acknowledge the respective creators; however, the display of these credits does not grant users any license, right, or permission to download, capture, replicate, or use the imagery outside of standard gameplay. Unauthorized use, scraping, distribution, or reproduction of any App assets is strictly prohibited. Photos can be sourced via the site noted in the credit.

2. Moderation of High Scores

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate all high scores, leaderboards, gameplay data and remove any initials the use profanity. Any high scores obtained through cheating, exploits, bots, bugs, or unauthorized third-party software will be removed immediately. We reserve sole discretion in determining what constitutes fair play, and our moderation decisions are final.

3. In-App Purchases and Ad Removal

The App offers a one-time purchase option to remove advertisements. All purchases made within the App are strictly non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact our support team. Refunds requested through third-party app stores (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are subject to the respective store's refund policies, and we do not handle or guarantee approval for those refunds.

4. Third-Party Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements, which may include targeted or personalized ads. These advertisements are served by third-party ad networks that may collect and use anonymous data (such as your device ID, advertising identifier, or gameplay activity) to deliver relevant ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Our data handling practices regarding advertising and your choices regarding data collection are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Age Restrictions

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the App, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian to ensure understanding and consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to lost high scores, lost data, app downtime, or damage to hardware.

7. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Austin, Texas.
